Blue hour view of the Constanța Casino, a casino located directly in front of the Black Sea in Constanța, Romania. The building, listed as historic monument by Romania's Ministry of Culture and Religious Affairs, is considered a symbol of the city and it was built in Art Nouveau style according to the plans of Daniel Renard and inaugurated in August 1910.
